Our return policy 5 Business days from the date of purchase. If 5 Business days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the software product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original condition that you received it. Any digital products must not have been downloaded or activated.
Software that has been customized or developed specifically for your company is not eligible for return unless it is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that refunds do not include any processing fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds for services such as consulting or support will be prorated based on the amount of time used.
If the refund is approved, the customer will receive the full amount paid, minus any applicable fees and costs for services rendered.
